Neurodiversity stories

Your stories

You are not alone. Hear from neurodiverse community members on how they’ve managed their neurodiversity journey.

Your community is here

With 1 in 7 people worldwide considered to be neurodiverse, it’s safe to say there’s a large community of neurodivergent individuals out there, each with their own personal stories to tell.

We’ve collected these stories from just a few of our neurodiverse community members, to enable them to share their experiences and celebrate the contributions they have each brought to the engineer sector. You’ll be able to hear how they’ve dealt with being neurodivergent, the support they’ve accessed along the way, and any advice they have for engineers who may only just be starting out on their neurodiversity journey.

Read their stories below – and if you’d like to share your own neurodiversity story, get in touch with us today and we’d be happy to make it happen!
