Peer support group meeting

Peer support groups

A place for the engineering community to talk.

Looking for a place to talk?

Foothold's peer support groups are free, confidential spaces for the engineering community.

In peer support group meetings, you can talk about work, life, or whatever's on your mind. Whether you're an engineer, retired from the profession, or simply interested in engineering, you are welcome here.

Group meetings are facilitated by trained Foothold volunteers and take place every 1–2 months, online. They provide a space for shared experiences and mutual support, without judgment and without the need to 'fix' anything.
