Technological advances of the last few decades have transformed the way we live, work and socialise. We can get in touch with people close to us (and see the holiday photos of people we barely remember) 24 hours a day, not to mention our constant access to news from around the world.
It may not surprise you that research is increasingly finding that our ‘always connected’ lifestyle is negatively impacting our sleep, energy, mood, concentration, and work-life balance.
In this FREE webinar, our expert speaker will explore the benefits of a digital detox – and how you can do it while minimising withdrawal effects.
We’ll be looking at…
• How ‘wired’ you are (take the test!)
• The impact of technology on our health; from apps to selfies
• How devices impact stress levels, sleep and our diet
• The benefits of doing a ‘digital detox’ and how you can achieve a better digital balance
