Edinburgh Marathon Festival

Enjoy a fantastic all-encompassing route which takes in some of Edinburgh’s most iconic landmarks.

Fast & flat, this course was voted the fastest marathon in the UK by Runners World, ideal if it’s your first marathon or you are looking for a PB. The Edinburgh Marathon has sold out every year since 2008 and is the second largest marathon in the UK, behind only London.

As well as the marathon, there are also half marathon, 10km, 5km, and junior race options, as well as the Hairy Haggis marathon team relay event.

Registration fee: £35 (marathon), £25 (half marathon), £25 (10km), £15 (5km)

Minimum sponsorship: £350 (marathon), £250 (half marathon), £200 (£10km), £150 (5km)
