The warm August and September weather is filled with opportunities to boost our wellbeing.

Join us for an enlightening session, where our expert speaker will discuss how to make the most of the warm weather (whether at home or on holiday), while side-stepping some summer pitfalls. We’ll be looking at:

• Sun health – Get the low-down on how to maximise Vitamin D synthesis safely, and boost your serotonin (and therefore mood and sleep).

• Summer foods – From picnics to barbeques, the warm weather opens up a world of tasty food! Expect nutritional tips and delicious recipe ideas, as well as advice on minimising common pitfalls, from hidden sugars to charred foods.

• Vitamin N – Learn how to reap the all-round benefits of nature and the great outdoors, including ideas for exercise.

• Hydration and hayfever – One we want, the other… not so much! Learn about the importance of drinking water and ways you can reduce those summer sneezes.
