• Sun health – Get the low-down on how to maximise Vitamin D synthesis safely, and boost your serotonin (and therefore mood and sleep).
• Summer foods – From picnics to barbeques, the warm weather opens up a world of tasty food! Expect nutritional tips and delicious recipe ideas, as well as advice on minimising common pitfalls, from hidden sugars to charred foods.
• Vitamin N – Learn how to reap the all-round benefits of nature and the great outdoors, including ideas for exercise.
• Hydration and hayfever – One we want, the other… not so much! Learn about the importance of drinking water and ways you can reduce those summer sneezes.
