On-demand webinar: Stress Buster

Discover the warning signs of stress and how you can manage it through diet and lifestyle.

Stress. Sometimes it’s useful - even informative - and other times it can be completely debilitating. It can also make itself known in various different ways, meaning some people might not even recognise that they’re experiencing stress.

Join us for this session, where our expert speaker explores how to minimise the impact of stress, and how stress affects our physiology, body systems and mood – both in the moment and long-term.

You’ll learn:
• How to recognise the warning signs of stress
• The diet and lifestyle habits that can nourish and support us in times of stress
• The stress-sugar connection and foods to avoid
• Stress-busting breathing and visualisation techniques
