Up to 1 in 3 people live with a painful musculoskeletal condition, according to the World Health Organisation.

Musculoskeletal conditions can affect people at any age and stage of life, and include things like back and neck pain, osteoarthritis (joint degeneration), bone fragility, repetitive strain injury (RSI), and rheumatoid arthritis.

Taking care of our musculoskeletal health is vital; especially for those who spend much of their day sitting, or who carry out manual (and repetitive) physical work. The good news is, there are steps we can all take to help prevent and manage musculoskeletal conditions.

Join us for a highly pro-active workshop guided by a qualified nutritionist, and create your personal action plan around the 4 pillars of musculoskeletal health:

  • Nutrient intake
  • An anti-inflammatory diet
  • Posture, movement and rest
  • Addressing stress and muscle tension
