Move a Mile a Day: virtual challenge

Your challenge, your choice

The great thing about this challenge is that how you take part is totally up to you! It could be a 15-minute morning jog in the park, a half-hour walk with the dog in the evening, or an hours’ swimming session at the local pool – just as long as you move a mile a day.

However you move, every step you take – and penny you raise – makes a big difference. So encourage people to sponsor your challenge to help you raise vital funds for engineering families around the world.
