The Great South Run 2026

Join us for another spectacular Great South Run, famous for its buzzing atmosphere, iconic music and entertainment zones, and a route that takes runners past HMS Victory, Portsmouth’s historic dockyard and the glorious seafront finish.

Whether you take on the 5k route on Saturday, or the 10 mile route on Sunday, do it for the challenge, to fundraise, and for fun.

There is even Junior and Mini races for children and little ones.

The Sunday event is a popular one and numbers are limited, so get in quick to secure your place on the start line.

Great South Run entries are open to runners aged 16+ on the day of the event.
