Our Campaigns
Foothold is a small organisation but we have big plans. We're planning to triple the number of people we help by 2022 and to do that we're constantly looking at ways we can provide support. Through our campaigns, we're working hard to break down the stigma in asking for support, to build awareness and to raise funds to help us support more of our community. And with your help we can reach more people than ever before - find out more about our campaigns and ways you can get involved.

Our #KeepTalking campaign aims to help tackle the stigma men face when seeking support and encourage them to speak openly about their experiences.
