Aine is a registered Nutritional Therapist based in Northern Ireland who specialises in women’s health and stress management. As a trained chef, Aine has a passion for empowering people to establish a healthy ongoing relationship with food, and she believes that even small changes to our diet and lifestyle can result in big benefits.

Aine has a keen personal interest in the effect of trauma and stress on our long-term mental, emotional and physical health and is a Certified Transformational Breath® Group Leader. She regularly uses and teaches breathing techniques as an everyday stress management tool for supporting optimal health and wellbeing.
