Our community continued to experience international unrest, political instability and a continuing cost of living crisis and as an organisation we had to restructure our teams and adjust our ways of working to accommodate a significant downturn in our funding.
However, our commitment to ensuring that no engineer or their family needs to face life’s challenges alone continued and with your support we were able to expand our online wellbeing services, and our community showed their support in turn, with over 2,200 of you responding to our #DonateDirect appeal, with others raising vital funds by getting involved in our challenge events.
I’m proud of everything we achieved together during what was, and continues to be, a uniquely testing time for people across the world. No matter who you are – whether you’re a supporter, volunteer, donor, or someone who’s received our support – thank you for being a part of our global community.
