Beverley Archer - Business Manager

What do you like most about our organisation? That I am responsible for a team of volunteers who are keen to help us in our journey of supporting others.

Caroline Hobden - Services Manager/Deputy CEO

What work-related accomplishments are you most proud of? Helping a man in this thirties who broke his back after diving into a swimming pool. He became tetraplegic as a result with no movement in his arms or legs. He then got divorced so had to sell his home. We helped fund a suitably adapted property so that he didn’t have to move into residential care.

What work related accomplishments are you most proud of? Woof!

Eranta Andersone - Marketing and Communications Officer

If you could become an instant expert at something, what would it be? I can be a bit of a perfectionist so there’s a long list of things I’d like to be exceptional at. I’d really like to be fluent in French and Italian, play the piano and be able to code. I’d also like to know magic – think of all the party tricks!

Fliss Rook - Fundraising Manager

What is the best advice you ever received? If you’re not failing, you’re not learning. Failure isn’t critical, but your fear to fail might keep you from success.

Jane Petit - Chief Executive Officer

How do you unwind after a long day at work? As I have a long commute, I’ll often log into a game like Seekers Notes on my phone – the concentration helps break the connection to the pressures of the day and get some of the other areas of the brain working. If that doesn’t work, I have been known to play a gentle piece of music as if it was a piece from Wagner – after a while, the music wins out and the tensions get released – and then there is always a glass of red wine.

Jonas Rodin - Caseworker

What hidden talents do you have? I can play the odd tune on the Bass and keep the rhythm on a set of drums.

Telephone: +44 (0)20 7344 5435

Kasia Jones - Financial Manager

What’s the best advice you ever received? Sometimes, my choices are limited or even self imposed, but nevertheless they are choices. Once I realised that, I became much more aware of all the options available to me in any given situation and felt more in control of my circumstances.

Kennedy Adamu - Digital Marketing Officer

What led you to become a Digital Marketing Officer? A love for all things digital from a very young age. I’ve always been quite invested in tech and aesthetics. It also helps that I’ve always been quite good at it too. As technology and social media develop so quickly, I’m constantly learning new things which keep me interested. So, I knew this was the field I wanted to work in.

Li-Anne Quinn - Marketing and Communications Manager

Who has influenced you most when it comes to work? My family are all hard workers. It’s a family filled with very strong women and that has given me a lot of the confidence I have today. I am very lucky to have a great mentor, our Marketing Trustee, Paul Connor. Paul has been very encouraging of my development and ambition. I would also say our CEO Jane Petit has been a big influence – Jane challenges me all the time. Jane is a strong leader and since she has been in post, I feel like I’ve levelled up.
