Wherever there is a relationship – whether it’s with a romantic partner, a friend, or a coworker – you’re almost inevitably going to encounter conflict at some point. It’s natural; but it does need to be navigated with the interests of both parties in mind.
Our free webinar explores conflict in the workplace, from the types of conflict you may encounter, to its impact on individuals and the wider organisation.
Some people are conflict-averse, while others may know how to voice their opinion but not how to manage an argument so that the relationship isn’t negatively impacted. This webinar will teach you some helpful strategies to resolve disagreements the right way.
