Meet the speaker

Nollaig Griffin

Nollaig studied Psychology to MSc level, after which she worked as a government statistician for 11 years. With a keen interest in implementing food and lifestyle changes to address health issues, she qualified in nutritional therapy with a special interest in psychological wellbeing. Nollaig supports clients individually and in small groups, as well as regularly speaking to larger audiences about the ways they can improve their physical and mental health and celebrate neurodiversity.
